Web Applications

Custom web applications built around your processes

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, we design and build a web application around how your company actually works. From prototype to operation – with code you own.

When a web app makes sense

Custom software pays off where standard tools force your company to adapt to them.

You run on spreadsheets

Key processes live in Excel and email and no longer scale.

Systems don't talk

You retype data between CRM, accounting and your website.

You want a client portal

Customers or partners need access to orders, documents or job status.

You sell a complex product

Products are configured and prices depend on many parameters.

What we do

The whole process under one roof – from analysis to operation and further development.

Analysis and scoping

We map processes, users and data and define the first version.

UX/UI and prototype

A clickable prototype you can try before any code is written.

Development

Modern web technologies, regular demos and incremental releases.

Integrations

CRM, accounting, payment gateways, email and other systems via API.

Security

Roles and permissions, encrypted communication, backups and GDPR-compliant data access.

Operation and growth

Hosting, monitoring, fixes and new features as your users need them.

How development works

We start small, deliver value fast and grow the app based on real usage.

01

Workshop

Goals, users, processes and first-version priorities.

1–2 weeks
02

Prototype

Clickable design of key screens for approval.

1–2 weeks
03

MVP

First working version with the most important features.

4–10 weeks
04

Growth

New features based on user feedback.

Ongoing
Custom development

A web application that mirrors your processes

We build custom web applications for companies that outgrow both websites and off-the-shelf software: client portals, internal systems, booking tools, product configurators and integrations. We start with a workshop and prototype, deliver a first working version (MVP) and keep improving it. You own the source code.

Website or web application?

A website presents: it informs, persuades and collects leads. A web application works with data and users – logs in, calculates, stores, notifies and connects systems. If you mainly need customers, website development is usually enough.

Start with an MVP

The most expensive mistake is spending months on features nobody uses. We define the smallest version that solves the main problem and launch it early, then let real usage data drive what comes next.

Technology and code ownership

We build on modern web technologies (for example React and TypeScript with PostgreSQL) and use tools like Make or n8n for simpler integrations. We choose what's sustainable and cheap to run, not what's trendy. The code and data are yours. When connecting existing tools is enough, we'll recommend process automation instead.

Web Application FAQ

What companies ask before building custom software.

It depends on scope, user roles and integrations. After the workshop you get an estimate for the first version (MVP) broken down by feature, so you can decide what's needed now and what can wait.
A prototype usually takes 1–2 weeks and a first working version 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. We then develop in smaller increments.
You do. We hand over the code and data and you're not locked in – another developer can take over later.
Yes – CRM, accounting, payment gateways, email and custom databases via API.
Yes: hosting, backups, monitoring, fixes and ongoing development.
If you need to connect tools you already have, automation is often enough. An app makes sense when you need a new interface or logic no tool offers. We'll recommend the cheaper option that meets your goal.
